An organizational psychologist specialized in Leadership and Corporate Wellbeing. He sees personal leadership as vital for excellence and loves blending scientific theory with proven practice. In his free time he enjoys outdoor activities like running, surfing or cycling, recognizing their role in fostering vitality and personal growth.
As a former Dutch National team rugby captain, she blends her sports experience with leadership skills, leveraging expertise in MBTI, breathwork, and vitality to design customized strategies for individual and team growth, optimizing business performance.
Hilke possesses a broad and extensive experience in consultancy, primarily in commercial and marketing roles and is accustomed to working in diverse and international teams. Over the past 3 years, she has served as a facilitator for groups and teams, as well as a program manager for a wide portfolio of clients.
With a background in occupational and organizational psychology focusing on sport and performance psychology, Wouter excels in guiding individuals in personal development and sustainable employability. Passionate about the outdoors and sporting challenges, he aims to specialize in nature-based program guidance.
Maxime is our indispensable office star at Peak4, keeping the team on track and well-fed with her sparkling personality and can-do attitude. In addition to her work as office manager, she completed an intensive coachings-course with an EMCC EQA accreditation, she is developing herself in the field of personal development.
With a past in the advertising industry, Lavy decided to switch from the stories of brands to those of individuals and teams. She now applies her behavioral expertise to coaching and training individuals and teams across diverse sectors.

Mytte worked in hospitality before shifting her focus to internal talent development. She specializes in creating Talent Programs across industries, driven by her passion for unleashing potential.
An organizational psychologist specializing in Talent Development, gained valuable experience in talent acquisition and learning & development roles. With a deep-rooted curiosity for human behavior and a strong connection to nature, Marieke finds fulfillment in guiding young professionals and rejuvenates in beach and forest walks.
Josine ensures flawless program execution with a focus on outdoor experiences, particularly trips to the Dutch Waddeneilanden. She brings meticulous organization and genuine warmth to every client engagement.
Silke manages program logistics with a fresh energy and passion for the right details. With a background in Sports, Management & Entrepreneurship, she prioritizes well-being and creates meaningful experiences. Based on her extensive background in journalism, finance and banking, Franka has been instrumental in guiding organizations and leaders through their transitions to ensure future-proof operations. In addition to her role as a senior facilitator at Peak4, Franka is affiliated with the Leadership and Change at Vrije Universiteit.
Joost is a facilitator, coach and trainer with a focus on talent and leadership development. He has extensive experience working with talents and young leaders based on his HR work at KPMG, and working with clients like Rabobank and Deloitte.
In the past 20 years Maaike has gained extensive L&D experience in various sectors,including maritime contracting, offshore, higher and secondary education, healthcare and business services. Maaike holds a Master in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor in Career Coaching.

Joëlle has an academic background in Business Strategy and Business Communication. She worked internationally in Lebanon, Uganda & India in the field of cross-cultural program management, team development, (personal) leadership development and community building.
